Your order confirmation will include an access key for CertMaster CE with detailed instructions for redeeming the access key and starting the course.
If you've already paid CE fees during your current CE cycle, you may request a refund, since these fees can’t be applied toward the cost of the CertMaster CE course.

- CE tokens issued by the DoD and uploaded are nonrefundable.
